Help wanted, icon resizing

I have a bit of a problem. I have made a mishmash of a mod, with larger inventory and more trinket slots. After a lot of tinkering, some parts started to work, for no apparent reason, but one problem i just cant solve.

I got inventory working, i got icons working, but for the love of God, i cant figure out how to force game to use my resized icons for trinkets. Im convinced its some easy fix in one of the files, but i just cant find it.
Any advice would be appreciated.
