my flagelant have 0 base dodge and -6 from trinkets
but he just dodged maggots grave nible
i check light it was 86, yea
official wiki saz dat 75+ light give 7.5 ddg on radiant 4 on darkest and agan 7.5 on bloodmoon (i gues its mistake of wiki and light on bloodmoon should give less ddg then on darkest)
but still i can dodge if dodge provided by torch lvl not affected personal deminish
its sad to see dd became so casual dat chars with -6 ddg can avoid dmg even on hardest mode =(

I think developers just want to give a feeling of uncertainty.
You can see indeed that you cannot have a 100% chance to hit so it's fair that's it is applied on enemies too.
